Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed)

Have all original tags attached

Be in the original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@landdecora.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address.
Please use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
Packages returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if it is our responsibility.
Refund Responsibilities
Refund and return responsibilities depend on the reason for return:

Defective Items
If the item you receive is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
We will assess the situation and offer a solution based on the severity of the defect:

Minor defects (e.g., loose threads, small stains, slight color difference):
→ A partial refund or store credit will be offered. -
Severe defects (e.g., broken zipper, torn fabric, significant printing error):
→ A replacement or full refund will be provided.
All shipping costs related to defective items will be covered by Land Decora.
Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and the packaging label.
After confirmation, Land Decora will:

Reship the correct item at no additional cost, or
-
Provide a full refund for the product amount if reshipment is not possible.
All shipping and return costs in this case are fully covered by Land Decora.
Customer Personal Reason (After Shipment)
If you request a return or refund for personal reasons (for example: dislike of color, style, fit, or any reason unrelated to product quality), please note the following details:
For Non–Free Shipping Orders

You are responsible for all international return shipping fees and customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Land Decora will refund the product amount only, after deducting an 8% handling fee.

The original shipping cost you paid is non-refundable.
For Free Shipping Orders

You are responsible for international return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes incurred when the package re-enters China.

Land Decora will deduct 50% of the original shipping cost (covered by us during delivery) from your refund.
The remaining 50% of that cost will be borne by Land Decora as part of our service commitment.

An 8% handling fee will also be deducted from the total product amount.
Example:
If your total order amount is $100 and your order was shipped with free shipping, your refund will be:
$100 − $8 (handling fee) − 50% of shipping cost = final refund amount
Customer Cancellation (Before Shipment)
If you cancel your order before shipment for personal reasons, Land Decora will deduct an 8% handling fee from the total order amount to cover transaction and processing costs.
Important Notice
If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
Differences between expectation and reality—such as perceived quality, texture, or fit—are not considered defects.
If a return or exchange request is made due to personal expectations not being met, all associated shipping, customs, and processing costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for:

The original shipping cost,

Return shipping cost, and
-
Any customs duties or taxes incurred.
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags, we reserve the right to:

Reject the return, or

Issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
