We ship internationally and work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly.

📦 Shipping

We currently offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If you are unable to place an order, please contact us at support@landdecora.com.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

For pre-sale items, we will notify you by email with the expected shipping date once your order is placed.

If you need an item urgently, please leave a note in your shopping cart with your desired delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

🚚 Delivery

We currently offer standard international shipping. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–20 days after shipment.

Customs duties are covered by us for most destinations, except for shipments to Brazil.

International shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued while an order is still in transit.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight.
  • We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
  • We do not ship to military bases.
  • A valid phone number is required for delivery.

⚠️ Important Notes

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for packages that are not collected in time, delivery failures due to unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. In these cases, refunds or compensation cannot be offered.
Refused Packages:
We do not process refunds or reshipments for packages that are refused upon delivery. If you no longer wish to keep an item after it has been shipped, please apply for a return after receiving the package.
