Return Window & EU Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined below.

This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations regarding the right of withdrawal.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item after receiving your order (for example, due to size, color, or style preference), please note that exchanges are considered a customer-initiated request.

As international return and reshipment costs are high, all exchange-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
All related shipping costs will be fully covered by Land Decora in these cases.

If you request a return for personal reasons (such as preference, fit, or style), please note the following:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return are the customer’s responsibility

  • An 8% handling fee will be deducted from the product price
  • Refunds apply only to the product amount
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of free or paid shipping

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, an 8% handling fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

Due to the shipping methods we use, international packages that are refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed may not be returned to us.

If delivery fails due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to pay customs duties or complete customs clearance
  • Lack of response after delivery issues are reported
The package may be destroyed or disposed of locally by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and completed, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
