We want you to love every piece from Land Decora! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


🌸 15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags intact

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

To start a return, please contact us at support@landdecora.com.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Who Covers the Return Shipping?

We believe in fair and friendly returns — here’s how shipping costs are handled for returns and exchanges:

🧍 If the return is due to customer's personal choice:

(e.g. you chose the wrong size, selected a color you don’t like, entered the wrong shipping address, or simply changed your mind)
You will be responsible for return shipping fees and any additional taxes or duties that may apply.

📦 If the return is due to a Land Decora mistake:

(e.g. we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, wrong color, or you received a damaged/defective product)
We will cover all related shipping costs and take care of the return or exchange for you.


📦 Quality Check & Unboxing Tips

Every order is carefully inspected by our warehouse team before shipment to ensure size, color, style, and condition are correct. However, mistakes can still happen.

To help us better support you:
➡️ We highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel.
This will serve as helpful proof if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, allowing us to resolve the issue quickly with a refund or replacement.


❗ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@landdecora.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

Flash sale items

Clearance items

Pre-orders or made-to-order items

Customized or personalized items

Used gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want?
Return your item (after approval), then place a new order for the desired item.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


📌 Important Notes (No Refunds in These Cases)

If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If the package is returned/undelivered because the customer did not pay customs fees on time (mainly for our Brazil and South Korea customers.)
