About Out-of-Stock Items on Your Orders 💌

You might have noticed that every time you place an order, you get an order confirmation email from us. In the past, we promised to let you know about any out-of-stock items within 24 hours. But recently, we’ve had to remove that 24-hour guarantee. Sometimes, it might take a couple of days before you get a notification if something’s out of stock.

So, why does this happen? 🤔

At Land Decora, we work closely with all our brand partners. All our product stock is synced with the brands themselves. But here’s the thing—our shop has so many products, and even though we’ve stepped up our inventory checks, sometimes stock updates don’t happen as quickly as we’d like. Sometimes, the brands themselves haven’t updated their inventory yet, which means a product we thought was in stock may actually be sold out a few days later.

Here’s how we handle it:

  1. As soon as we hear a product is out of stock, we check with the brand right away to see if it will be restocked.
  2. Sometimes, the brand needs a day or two to confirm. That’s why notifications to you might take a little longer than 24 hours.

But one thing you can always count on: we’re committed to transparency. 🫶 Any updates we get from the brands, we share with you immediately. We don’t want you to be left guessing or confused about your orders.

A little tip from us: make sure your email address is correct when you place an order! That way, you’ll get all updates and notifications right away.
